How often do you offer classes and what should I expect?

I currently offer monthly live and online only virtual classes. Cookiers local to Elk Grove, CA have the option to purchase a fully stocked decorating kit. You generally receive 6 themed cookies that you will learn how to decorate with live or video instruction. You do not need any experience, however, with the direction of our 2 teachers, I hope you will walk away with amazing cookies to show off to family and friends!

Can my child attend a cookie class with me?

Absolutely! I recommend ages 12 and older for our regular live classes. We offer kid specific classes that come with fun educational activities. The Krisp Kid's Kits are only available for local pick up. Next year we hope to become vendors to local homeschools and to provide other fun classes including courses that include cookie cutter design, programing, and 3D printing, as well as baking and decorating technique. Do you offer custom classes?

Currently we do not do custom group parties due to COVID restrictions. However, we periodically do mini classes for small community groups. Please email me for more information.

Do you do custom cookies?

Yes but we are taking limited orders since our focus is on classes. Custom cookies start at $45/dozen for regular sized cookies with 2-3 colors and simple designs. Character cookies start at $55/dozen. Regular sized custom cookies have a two dozen minimum. Please email me through my website with your design ideas so I can give you an accurate quote. Watch our instagram @krispcookieco or join our mailing list for holiday specific orders. All cookies are local pick up only.

How do your cookies come packaged?

Cookies are individually heat sealed in clear bags and come packaged in a window box.

How far in advance should I order?

It’s never too early to book your order! Custom cookies require a lot of time and planning! Please allow at least 2 weeks for the design, baking, and decorating process.

How do I place a custom order? Do you require a deposit?

​ Please submit all custom order requests through my contact form on my website. Once you send an email request and we agree upon availability, quantity, pricing and pickup, I will email you an invoice. A 50% deposit is required within two days of receiving the invoice and full payment is required two weeks before pickup date. Your order is not on my calendar until your deposit is paid. I accept payments through Venmo (preferred), Paypal, or cash. Cookies will be available for local pickup at the pre-arranged time which is normally the day before your event.

Where are you located? Do you deliver?

Pickups are in Elk Grove, CA. At this time, I do not deliver.

What is your baking process?

All cookies are made in a Cottage Food home kitchen. Consumers are to be aware that the cookies produced in this kitchen are made with food allergens including but not limited to dairy, nuts, eggs and gluten. We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination with other food allergens.
